面向数字化矿山要求的压风机房综合监控系统设计

Design of integrated monitoring and control systems of compressor workroom for digital mines

摘要: 针对山西东曲煤矿的具体特点,在分析国内煤矿数字化建设现状的基础上,提出了面向数字化矿山建设要求的压风机房建设方案。阐述了以工业以太环网、自动控制系统和视频监控为核心的建设内容,实现了面向数字化矿山的压风机房综合智能监控,提升了压风机房管理与监控的网络化水平,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: As an important industrial workplace, according to the requirement of the digital mines, the compressor workroom is improved to realize the remote automatic control and unattended monitoring systems. In this paper, basing on the PLC and Configuration software,the remote control system is developed. Moreover, the industrial video cameras are distributed to realize the video monitoring of the key equipment and workplace. The data of the control systems and video monitoring systems is transmitted to the information center of the mine by the Gigabit industrial Ethernet ring network. Consequently, the digital and network monitoring system of compressor workroom was greatly improved to promote the development of digital mines.
